Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Delivery takes 4–8 working days post-dispatch.

Remote or Tier 3/4 areas may take longer due to limited logistics access.

Courier Partners

Our primary courier is DTDC and Shree Tirupati Courier.

If your pin code is not serviceable by them, we reship using India Post.

India Post shipments follow fixed government routes. We cannot alter or expedite their delivery process.

COD

In case of COD order, if the order is cancelled by customer or if the address is incomplete or if the customer do not answer the call of courier partner or if the customer number is not reachable the partial amount paid will not be refunded.

Delivery Exceptions

Delays may occur due to:

Incomplete or incorrect address/phone number

Customer unavailable to receive delivery

Strikes, natural disasters / calamities, or other force majeure events

Courier delays during holidays or peak periods

Non-Delivery & Returns

If the parcel is returned to us due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Phone not reachable

Customer refusal

Unclaimed or failed delivery attempts

➡️ The customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.
❌ No cancellations or refunds will be accepted in such cases.

🔁 Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

Eligibility for Replacement

We only offer replacement in the rare case of severe damage during transit and if all conditions below are met:

A complete, uncut video is recorded from opening the courier bag till product unboxing & testing.

The video is shared with us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

No cuts, edits, or breaks in the video are allowed.

The product is available in stock for replacement.

If the product is out of stock, we will offer store credit.

Return Shipping

If pickup is unavailable, customer must courier the item back within 48 hours.

Product must be returned in original packaging and unused.

Return shipping charges to be borne by the customer. We will reimburse up to ₹80 upon sharing a valid courier receipt (preferably via India Post).

❌ Refunds & Cancellations

No refunds will be provided once an order is processed.

A cancellation can be requested within 1 hour of order placement via WhatsApp only at 9324996043 basis approval.

If approved, refund will be processed after deducting 3–5% payment gateway and handling fees.
