Shipping and Refund Policy

Refund and Replacement:
  • Goods once sold cannot be returned/refunded/replaced until there is a major damage to the product that has occurred during shipment.
  • A replacement can be considered in case of severe damage only if complete video is taken right from unpacking the courier bag till the product is taken out and functionality checked without pause and cut and shared with us within 24 hours of delivery. While returning the item, you will be responsible for the shipment, all related costs, and risks related to the return shipment. 
  • To avoid many fake cases, we have taken necessary steps. We expect your kind cooperation.
  • If any cancellation is requested within an hour of placing the order on whatsapp number 9324996043 only, then refund if approved by us will be done after deducting payment gateway and miscellaneous fees which will be approx 3-5% of order value.
  • We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:   
  • The item may be damaged during transit.
  • In only such cases as given above, provided proper evidence (video) we will replace the item if the product is available with us in stock else, we will give store credit you can purchase any other thing, provided that the unboxing video is shared and request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated timeframe which is 24 hrs of receiving the parcel.
  • For replacements of the product in case of the reason as mentioned above, if return pickup not available from our side, you must be able to courier it back within 48 hours of receiving the package. We recommend that while returning an item, pack the product in same condition, we can assure the replacement once it is received in same condition we sent. If you are shipping back, we reimburse upto Rs. 80/- on submission of courier receipt, so kindly try to send back to us through INDIA POST or any reliable courier service.

Shipping Policy:

  • Shipment charges as applicable. We take utmost care in shipping of your products. To make all procedure smooth and easy please allow us 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched.
  • We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped out, you will be notified by a SMS/WhatsApp message.
  • Orders once placed will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days and delivery will happen in approx. 4-8 working days thereafter. At times it can be further delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. If the location is tier 3, 4 city or remote location dispatch and delivery might take further time.
  • During busy times, such as holiday periods, there could be a long processing time and shipping delays so please bear with us.
  • If in case your Pin code is accessible only through India Speed post , you must include it in Notes or mention us on WhatsApp so that we can work accordingly. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
  • If there is any unseen or unexpected problem, then the parcel either shipped by air or by surface might be delayed. Unexpected problems could be anything like:
    • Unable to reach the customer.
    • Customer’s phone number not working/ not reachable.
    • Any kind of strike in the city or in courier company.
    • Any natural calamities like earthquake, flood, drought etc.
    • Any action by government departments.
    • Any kind of mishappening during transit.
    • In case a package is returned to us due to refused, unclaimed, unsuccessful delivery, incorrect, incomplete address, incorrect phone number or any other reason the customer will have to bear both reverse shipping and reshipping charges. The order cannot be cancelled in such cases and no refund shall be provided.
